Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket at our support desk. Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.
Nature of digital media service that can be downloaded in 24-48 hours after the purchase has been made. The link will be sent manually after payment confirmation. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing any product which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the service, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds can not be provided.
We can do a refund if the link you received is dead and we can not fix in 3 days after your complaint. All links will be only valid for 30 days and replacement will be provided of dead link for 30 days. Users are advised to download the content in the same duration.
