My name is Krunoslav Stifter. I am a Croatian retoucher and a visual artist with interests in photography, cinematography and paintings. The holy trinity of visual expression as I like to think of it.
I am also an instructor with retouching training titles to my name that I have created for other websites. Most notably. High End Retouching Techniques: The Art of Dodge and Burn. I also offer various other retouching tutorials on my YouTube channel. And now I am here on Skillshare, sharing my knowledge and passion for both learning and teaching.
About This Class
Introduction To Compositing In Photoshop; Bringing Shadow to the light is a course that tries to bring your attention to the importance of contrast in your images and how shadows can be your greatest asset in your compositing. Adding shadows and reflections can add lot of visual interest, psychological depth, believability and immersion to your work.
When you are dealing with flat surface this can be far easier than when adding shadows or reflation’s to uneven terrain in post production. This is where displacement maps can be your friend.
